The Five-Year Limited Warranty
True luxury lies in the permanence of form, the precision of engineering, and the timelessness of materials. At Hommes Design, our cabinetry is conceived not merely to occupy space, but to endure within it.
Hommes Design guarantees that all structural cabinetry components, architectural elements, and proprietary installations are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of completed installation.
Should any component exhibit a failure under pristine, intended conditions of residential use, our dedicated Technical Assistance atelier will orchestrate the necessary restoration, repair, or bespoke replacement without additional cost to the client.
Preservation & Limitations
Our surfaces and architectural structures are composed of premium, living materials designed to age gracefully. To preserve their structural integrity, this warranty applies strictly to natural material behaviors and craftsmanship, excluding the following conditions:
Improper Maintenance & Misuse: Damage resulting from abrasive chemical agents, unintended structural loads, or deviation from the Hommes Care Guide.
Environmental Exposure: Natural evolution of surfaces, including uniform fading, oxidation, or structural changes caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, structural moisture, or smoke.
External Interference: Structural alterations, modifications, or interventions conducted by technical entities not explicitly authorized by Hommes Design.
Peripheral Components: Integral sub-components manufactured by specialized third parties (such as specialized illumination elements or organic wear components) are subject directly to their respective manufacturers’ technical warranties.
A Personalized Handover
Upon the seamless execution and completion of your installation, your dedicated Project Consultant will provide a physical, numbered copy of this Warranty Deed. During this final walkthrough, they will detail the specific micro-climate recommendations tailored to your architectural location and address any technical inquiries you may have.
